We ship via FedEx and US Postal Service.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock, in the process of being
sold, or delivery times may be longer than normal. If this happens, we
will notify you immediately, provide an estimate time for delivery, and
offer you the option of changing or canceling your order.
Pricing, Return & Cancellation Policy
Prices have been set as low as possible, and are firm. All prices are
quoted in United States Dollars and do not include tax, shipping or
insurance.
You may completely cancel, add or remove items from your order until
we ship your package; which usually takes1-2 business days. We charge
your credit card only at the time of the actual delivery of your
package to the shipping company.
We can discuss sending major items "on approval," discuss payment
methods, and estimate shipping and insurance costs.
Product descriptions and the condition of the items as reported on
our website are, to the best of our knowledge, complete and accurate as
possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Let us know if we
have misrepresented an item.
If your order shows damage when you receive the shipment, please
open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel, or at least
bring it to their attention when signing for the item. If possible,
also please try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. Contact
us immediately and retain all packaging materials.
If you decide to return an item, please first send an e-mail to us
and obtain return information. Items are to be returned in the same
condition as sold with no damage or alterations.
You may return an item in the US if the items are returned within a
period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, for a 90% money
back refund or total refund for smaller (excluding shipping).
Returns from outside the US can be difficult to process through Customs
and can be expensive, so if you are not in the US you need to be very
certain that you will be happy with your textile choice. For non-US
countries, we may have to exclude customs duties and/or VAT if we pay
them on your behalf. Should there be any fundamental errors committed
by us, such as delivery of a wrong or damaged item, the buyer will be
entitled to a full refund.
VAT and Import Duties
VAT (value added tax) and import duties (if any) differ for each
country. Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT (value added
tax) and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered, therefore we are not
able to supply an estimated cost.
